Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a perfect spot, very close to the center with excellent public transport facilities. The rooms were functional but quite cramped, and the shower was excellent. The service was helpful overall but had a strange incident with windows being left open. The location was great for exploring Notting Hill and had easy access to various amenities and public transportation. The dining offerings were basic but plentiful. A few areas could be improved to enhance the overall stay.
The hotel is seriously small and overcrowded, but there is a Pret-a-Manger only a few hundred meters away. The service is excellent, and it's close to everything. The location in central London is perfect for exploring the city, but the dining experience is very poor. Be aware of the ongoing refurbishment and scaffolding in the area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few setbacks. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious, but the lack of an elevator and narrow stairs made it challenging to access. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great value for money, but the dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options. The location was ideal for exploring London with convenient access to key attractions, although the noise from the dining area was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable overall. The location was superb, close to public transportation and in a nice neighborhood. The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing due to the crowded dining area, and the rooms were quite small for a group of three adults.
The hotel offers cozy rooms, friendly service, and a great location for exploring London. While the room size may be a bit small, there are options for more space. The staff goes above and beyond, but there might be a hiccup or two. Dining choices vary, but overall a pleasant stay.
The hotel was very handy, with tube station nearby and all necessary facilities-restaurants, supermarkets, book store, Portobello market. The rooms were minute and up 86 steps, making them too small to be comfortable for me. The service was excellent, with the staff being welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was ideal for a place to sleep when having a day or evening out in London. The dining experience was overpriced for what you get with limited options. The facilities were not worth it.
The hotel had comfortable rooms, but a bit small for a triple room. It was cozy but located at the top of the house with many stairs. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with some room for improvement. The location was excellent, near attractions and transport hubs. The dining options were decent for a continental breakfast. Overall, a good value for the money with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms were quite small, leaving no room for luggage and felt tight for four people, with no intention from the hotel to make repairs. The service was a mix of friendly and approachable staff but also unprofessional behavior like disturbing guests late at night. The location was convenient with easy access to transport links but had some noise issues due to inadequate windows. The dining experience was ordinary and cramped. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
